2⃣Go to effects .
3⃣Firstly Apply B&W effects. 
4⃣Sabse upar Fx me hoga .
5⃣uske baad .
6⃣Fx ke niche Dekhna Colors hoga .
7⃣Colors me Invert name se effect hoga usko select karo. 
8⃣amount 220 kar do.  
9⃣you have done. 

10🔟Hint:- 
       Agar effect kam karna ho to pic ko touch karo ho jayega  Is effect ko ap shadow me use kare Ya shape crop me Ya kisi aur bhi tareeke se . But PUri pic me effect mat dalna .. ..
